About Front Desk: The staff of the office are also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. One thing that was good is the fact they listed all the procedures and costs of the each on a printout, complete with the dental codes insurances use, so I could check with my insurance to see if their numbers matched what I found there. Some places just give you a total, so you never know how they came to what you owe and what the insurance will pay. They may not be wrong, but, unless you can check it out with your insurance, you will never know whether the number they gave you (what you owe and what the insurance will pay) was correct or not. If there were differences between our numbers, the office staff was open to discussion and to going over all numbers together. Every time I have been I the office, the staff has been more than helpful and very pleasant to work with, everyone, to include the doctor, taking as much time as I wanted to explain everything or answer all my questions.
