went there with broken front tooth as my dentist had retired. told me I need root canal & proceeded to start without asking if I want him to do it. I would have preferred to use my own endodontist who accepts my insurance . Never went over pricing. Doesn't take ins. Did a post & crown which only lasted 14 months instead of the typical 5 years. Reluctantly went back and he charged me to cement it in and told me this will not hold and recommended another procedure.
Meanwhile I spent several thousand dollars and he didn't offer to make good on his original procedure. Now I have to find another dentist and start all over again . I do not recommend him as he seems more interested in making money then welfare of his patient. I sent him a letter explaining how upset I was and he never even responded .
About Front Desk: paid with ck which I asked them to hold a few days and they said no problem. They ended up depositing the check that same day & never held it as they promised.
