Dr. Illes is a kind, caring dentist. I have been going to him for over 15 years and even come up from Florida where I now live most of the time, for my cleanings and check-ups. I highly recommend him. His staff if also excellent.

About Front Desk: Eileen and April are also excellent. Caring, nice and always polite and professional.

About Hygienist: I like Gentle Gina, who is usually there on Thursdays. She takes every precaution to make sure the cleaning is as painless as possible

I also went to this dentist for 22 years and it was the worst mistake of my life. The five star review must be from someone in office because if the person was a patient for 27 years DR. David illes would not have done their braces because he did not do orthodontic work at that time. He did do veneers on my teeth but he prepped for crowns rather than veneers causing tooth decay and eventually loss of the teeth. When confronted with the issue he was not sympathetic at all and never even apologized for the tooth loss. Please go to someone that is more knowledgable about procedures. Read reviews carefully! This is not a cosmetic dentist there are several people I know that had horrible experiences at this office. Once you lose a tooth there is no going back and a dentist should never do work on teeth and remove tooth structure on healthy teeth!

About Front Desk: Ilene is very rude. Customer service training is definitely lacking in this office.

It is funny how there is a five star rating after the warning not to go to this dentist. I would have to agree with the first comment he also destroyed my teeth.

Do not allow this doctor to do any cosmetic work on teeth. I went to this doctor all my life and he destroyed my teeth!

I have been a patient of Dr. Illes for as long as I can remember. He did my fluoride treatments as a kid, orthodontics, all kinds of oral surgery, and fillings. I have never once had a problem with his practice. He is very knowledgeable and always uses simple explanations for the patient. He has an exceptional bed side manner.

About Hygienist: Lucy is the best. She is thorough, friendly, and gives good advice. There is nothing like having a good hygienist.

Do not go to this office for anything more than a cleaning, the dentist does aggressive work on teeth and is not familiar with complex or simple dental procedures, but he will perform them to be compensated. The dentist destroyed my healthy tooth during what should have been a fairly simple cosmetic procedure, which eventually caused it to fall out. He also filled teeth that without asking destroying the natural look of my teeth. When I had the Dr. Illes does not explain procedures correctly, nor does he have the experience to do the work, although he claims he does. It is important that anyone that is scheduling to go to this office read reviews on this doctor and beware that he may destroy perfectly healthy teeth due to incompetence. Prior to going to a dentist, please be cautious and read reviews associated with them, unfortunately this doctor will perform any procedure asked of him to make a few extra dollars and is not concerned with the health of his patients. It is sad to say, he went into the wrong profession. I urge anyone else who has had a bad experience to comment on this board to prevent others from having to deal with damage caused by this doctor.
