Went several times and got rotten service each visit. Quick, badly performed cleanings and a nightmare root canal done by a female Indian "dentist" who did not seem to have a clue what she was doing. During the procedure a rubber strap (?) that holds your mouth open broke leaving me covered in a kind of blue ink. Never saw the same dentist twice and never encountered this Dr. Freeman (does he exist?). They stupidly recommended oral surgery for a broken bottom molar. The entire tooth including all bone was removed. I now have an empty space there that needs to be corrected via bridge work which my ins. of course does not cover. Ended my relationship with these clowns and went to a different doctor who told me that the bone should certainly not have been removed and recommended I sue Freeman's office for malpractice! Avoid this dump at all costs!

Very pleased with the service received at this office. I am now bringing my son for dental services here. The reception staff was cordial and knowledgeable. The dentists were very patient and gentle (dentists are not my favorite people), and together they made the experience relaxing.

I went to this dentist for an emergency, I do not recommend. I went there a total of 7 times and have no idea what Dr. Freemen even looks like he never saw me and was never there. On top of that they told me they took my insurance, but after I received a root canal I was told they do not take my insurance. So I was stuck paying $ 2000.00 out of pocket. Now I want to pick up my records and told me I can not. The only thing I can get is my X-rays and it will cost me another $ 30....I am so fed up!!!!!

The Dentist is the worse dentist in the world.........I had 6 root canals that was unfinished. Now, after 9 years I had to get half of my teeth had to come out. I am so upset and I feel ugly now because of this. Because, of Doctor Freeman all of my teeth as gone and the worse part is that I now have to pay a lot of money for Dentures......this is unbelievable....and sad.

As far as visiting the dentist, I love going to Dr. Freeman's office. I know everyone there and I feel really confident with the services provided to me and my three children. They handle all of my insurance issues effectively and are flexible with appointment scheduling. The staff is top notch and the office has been servicing the community for years as this is a family owned practice past down from generation to generation. I have an excellent dental plan and could go to any dentist in the greater Jersey City/New York City area; and I go to Dr. Freeman's Office. When you find someone that you trust with your smile, why go anywhere else.
