This is the worst dentists office I have ever been to. This is the office that I've been to that doesn't give tooth brush, tooth paste, nothing, nothing the even help the kids with take care of they teeth. Cusomer service is poor, dentists (Orthodontists) poor doesn't give you the time not even 2 min to explain. She's talking to you as she walking to the next person. They have all these workers doing nothing, can't offer and help at all. My experience with Dr.Susan Roubicek is not good. I wanted to leave early on but the braces was already put on and no other Dr. want to do it, becasue most of money in made in the beginning of treatment. Do not go this Newport Centre Dental. I really couldn't rate cost insurance paid most, we are still in treatment, so success in unknown t. My daughter said pain is not too bad.

I had to wait for a very long time. My appointment was at 2:30 and they only called me in at 4:00. Someone made me sit in the chair inside and then I waited again for more then 1/2 hr. And finally the detist finished the procedure but i feel that it was not done properly as I still feel the pain.

I know this doctor: 10 DAYS

This dentist barely looked at my teeth. I did not feel satisfied with my visit.

I read the review already posted, and agree. I went in for a broken tooth. Waited about 1 hr (my whole lunch break). Walked into an office with massive flood damage to the floor and some cleaning chemical spread on the counter. Xray machine was ancient. When it came time to look at the Xrays, the last frame ended before showing the damage to the tooth I went in for. I was furious. Then person suggested I have it (a wisdom) removed, since it's damaged etc. and no room for repair. Not only that, the person giving the advice was not Dentist whose name is on door, and this is in Manhattan, apparently there is a NJ office. Which, if he's not there, then where is he - Coney Island?? Whole thing seemed like a front, receptionist was a crab, conditions were 3rd world, and the dental assts. or whatever they were, were nice enough but had no options in mind besides "rip it out." Plus, last nite I found out that the Xray machine used is no longer in use by other "modern" dentists, not in 15 or 20 YEARS. Save your teeth and mind, and don't go here.

My dental coverage is 'Affinity'. It was winter time and I came in for a routine cleaning and check-up. It was my first time there. The waiting room was hot and uncomfortable. The ladies at the front desk didnt seem to want to be there. I waited for an hour and a half before I was finally called. Let me first point out that the doctor I saw was not Dr. Alexander Mikhailov. Whoever it was, English was not his first language. I believe he was Indian. However that was not the problem. The problem was he didn't really seem to care. His solution to my problem was very vague. His solution was to just pull out my healthy wisdom teeth when it was only one that was problematic. He wasnt even sure where to point out my cavity on the x-rays. I wasnt offered to keep my x-rays and I did not get a cleaning! I felt I was rushed out. I was told to come back and pick-up an 'Extraction Referal' next week and then to call in at the end of the month to make a Hygen appointment! Needless to say, I will not be retuning to Herald Square Dental Assoc/University Dental Assoc.
