He pressured me to do extra thing than I originally went there for. He got inexperienced assistants to help him and shouted at him or her. I felt he was worried that he would not have enough patients to cover his expenses and that was why he looked for opportunity and pushed to have more works done than was necessary.

i done crown with root canal in the same teeth. full mouth XRay. remove all 4 of my wisdom teeths. when i first went to the Dr. rickerby office because my teeth was hurting. knowing what i know now and how i fee about them i would never have gone to his office. he's so arrogant and he's not willing to listen to my pain all he care about is billing my insurance. i wanted to remove my two upper wisdom tooth but i was talked into remove all four, i did it in three separate visit. after removing last teeth i had an infection in my mouth. he'd give me an appt, so i just showed and gave me a prescription. then set me to see a another doctor to make sure it was gone at no charges. then, after seeing the specialist, i had to pay him out of my packet. i couldn't believe because i was told it was free, that was relatated to the wisdom teeth. so yes, their got for $100 just like that. i found both the receptionist and Dr are liars to me. i just found out from an independent study of my Xray only two wisdom teeth need to be removed and the procedure he used to removed them wasn't need it. he used them to make more money and causing more pained and bleed. they care more about billing you insurance instead the health of someone mouth.

About Hygienist: cleaning is ok, it never feel that clean so i do it every 6 month. now i have a different dentist, it's feel cleaner.

Enough is enough. Countless situations where costs for my treatment has been an issue. One price is discussed in the back room, but when you go to the front desk, the charge is different. When you get your bill, the price is different. I've stuck with him, given him the benefit of the doubt and my money - in exchange for little consultation on costs of performed procedures. He is upset at patients as if their money, concerns and opinions mean nothing. Facility is top notch, but that does not make up for what he is lacking in customer care.
