I waited more than an hour in her office waiting room and another 30-40 minutes in her treatment room. I was truly annoyed. My appointment was for 4 pm. I filled out forms because I was a new patient. I didn't see her until nearly after 5:15-5:30 pm. The only reason I didn't leave is because the woman at the front desk kept telling me that I should be up any minute. Dr. Nawal must have gotten married, because she identified herself as Nawal Khalid. She gave me an anesthetic and then left the room for 30 waiting for it to kick in. I think she was seeing another patient in another room. I will probably never go back to her because all that waiting was such a waste of my time. But personally, she seemed to be okay. She appeared very calm, competent and somewhat thorough in her explanation of the problem I had.
But I didn't leave her office until nearly 7pm. I felt as if I should bill her for my inconvenience. I'm not sure what the going prices are for deep cleanings, but I ended up paying a total of $257 for 2 quadrant deep cleanings, x-rays and exams. I'm really pissed.

Her chairside manner is wonderful.
