Being new in town I was referred to Dr,.Carvalho by a friend. What a mistake...especially since that friend stopped seeing her and didn't say why, well I found out the hard way, first off she was extreamly rough during her cleaning, then claimed I needed to replace an existing crown, what a mistake! The color was off by at least two shades she refused to correct it then it fell out the next day post and all she wound up recementing it 4 times till finally her partner at the time corrected her work and did a far better job then her, I could tell who the more experienced one was then when I went back the partner was gone and she claimed she retired, I later found out Dr. Carvalho lied. All those positive reviews are false placed by her dont be tricked she is a horrible dentist and person!

About Front Desk: The staff was great especially when I went back for a cleaning and the office was sold to a new dentist they went on to say how Dr. Carvalho left them with out warning and how glad they were to see her go ..that alone should tell you about her character. After that I am seeing the new dentist and he is great. I hope she "retired" what a shame her old partner didn't return hope she's doing well.

About Hygienist: Far better then Dr. Carvalho, but it became clear her staff weren't as happy with her as they appeared she would complain about Dr. Carvalho every chance she got . Obviously not as happy a staff asthey pretended

My Best friend recommended Dr Paula Carvalho 5 years ago and I 'm highly satisfied ,the Doctor is extremely Knowledgeable , Painless and explains treatment in detail. I feel so confortable ! The staff is Amazing and caring , they do follow up calls and explain insurance in detail , they always remember you and I feel like I'm coming to visit friends which makes me feel so at ease . Dr.Carvalho has had the same staff for years and they work together as a truly unified team. They absolutely cater to Cowards . Highly recommend Dr. Carvalho

About Front Desk: DrCarvalho's staff is incredibly friendly and pleasant and know so much about my insurance that I feel so confortable . I often spend time after my appointment just talking to them .

About Hygienist: Lynn is Dr.Carvalho's hygienist has truly is amazing ,Painless ,Knowledgeable ,and truly nice.
