When I first went to this doctor's office, it was another dentist there. I had sensitivity with one tooth, which was decaying at the root. This another dentist did the filling for my tooth. However, my tooth filing was not done well, and I still had the sensitivity problem. So I called the front desk. Since I scheduled for teeth cleaning, they said that Dr. Ho could look at the tooth for me. However, Ho just dismissed my problem and pretended not understanding what I was saying, even though his assistant reminded him my problem. This dentist doesn't care about patients at all. It was a really bad experience. I regret going there without doing much research - just because it was close to my house. Avoid this dentist if you can.
