I went to Dr. Casaus' office for an exam, radiographs, and light scaling by the hygienist. From the time you walk in you are warmly greeted by the friendly front office staff. Dr. Causaus' dental assistant is awesome. She was so personable and you can tell she cared a lot about the patients. Dr. Causaus is very thorough, very clear and detailed in his explanations and I could overhear him explaining oral hygiene and treatment very thoroughly to other patients-something that a lot of dentists can overlook and rush through. He has that personal touch and is a good dentist. He graduated form USC which has a strong clinical program and I know that does everything by the book and to the highest standards according to staff who have worked with him. I don't know how expensive he is because I had health insurance. The survey doesn't allow me to opt out of this question.

About Front Desk: They were very efficient with scheduling and very accommodating. They called me with an earlier appointment and scheduled my cleaning the next days. Very sweet on the phone. Very relaxing to come to this office. Great staff and gave me lots of attention from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out.

About Hygienist: She was very gentle and did a good job, checking throughout and also was vigilant in checking my teeth prior to just scaling. Something that is very important. She paid attention to the details and knew about my tori, some visible trauma, and about where I should be focusing on flossing.

One of the best dentists I've ever been to! Extremely friendly staff and great family-like atmosphere. The dental work is exceptional. Highly recommended!!

I have had a wide range of dental work done by Dr. Casaus, from simple checkups to crowns and bridge work. Professional yet relaxed environment. Exceptional dental expertise supported by knowledgeable and patient friendly staff. Dr. Casaus is the dentist I would recommend for all your dental needs.

Extremely gentle and likeable. Relaxed office atmosphere, almost family-like. Very organized and the staff is thorough and efficient. The office is clean and modern, as well as being located in a convenient area of the Northeast Heights.

About Hygienist: Best in town! She really knows her stuff. Wendie and Mike met in dental school at USC and are a husband-and-wife team. They work closely together to develop a team approach to the overall care and treatment plan for the patient.

The best dental experience I could have hoped for. Dr. Casaus is very professional. I had very minimal amounts of pain. The worst pain was the shot for numbing, but it wasnt a bad pain - Dr. Casaus knows what he's doing. I have no complaints at all with Dr. Casaus.

Probably one of the nicest dental offices you'll ever visit. Not on my insurance plan, but I willingly pay the slight difference between what my insurance will cover and what they charge because they treat me and my daughter so well. Kind, funny, patient family practice. Facilities are nice, but not "like a health spa", so I'm not paying for that.
