Very warm and personable. Treatment plan was complete and detailed including costs. The costs proved correct.
For the initial consultation there was a separate office area which was a nice touch rather than being in an exam chair.
Estimated insurance costs were also correct.
Yes, I would recommend this dentist and office.
Only negative is that the patients are separated by glass partitions, so no privacy.
About Front Desk: They seemed nice and helpful, really did not have much contact.
About Hygienist: Did not have a hygienist appointment.

Dr. DeFazio and his entire staff are awesome. He tells you everything about your treatment, asks for patient input, and is always concerned about not causing pain. I think he's great and his prices are not outrageous.
His office is always clean, calm, and orderly. It's a pleasure to go there.

Dr. DeFazio has been my dentist since I moved to ABQ 11 years ago. He is wonderful, genuinely warm and caring, as is his staff. I appreciate that he doesn't have a super fancy (but very nice, adequate) office. He doesn't ever push to do additional work unlike some dentists I've had who are just in it for the money. I believe he has the utmost integrity and patient care in mind. I highly recommend him!
About Hygienist: Barbara is our regular hygienist, she is wonderful!
