Way past outstanding. I am a physician and I view Dr. Farrell as a role model. We do not live in Albuquerque now a days, but my wife travels the 400 mile round trip to see him. She will not consider another dentist.

I found Dr. Farrell when my 1st child was old enough to begin routine check ups and began using him for our whole family. We moved out of Albuq., then was So Very Happy to have found him again when we moved back to Albuq. Friendly, Kind, listens to you, and never pushes anything. I have had much work done and Always been pleased. He is the dentist for 3 generations in our Family and hope to someday place a 4th generations into his care.

I recommend Dr Michael Farrell to people who want to see a gentle dentist. He is a nice friendly man. He did my crown and turned out really nice. He cares about little details like color of your crown. He really does a perfect job. If you wanna go painless pick him as your family dentist!

The staff is very efficient and friendly although you feel like you are in a revolving door and that they need get you in and out as quickly as possible. Dr. Farrell was always professional and pleasant during routine visits but I got the impression that he is trying to juggle as many patients as he can and that he relys on the dental assistants to provide routine dental care and advice to the patients. When my wife cracked a tooth during the weekend, he was watching a football game and did not seem to want to help her although she was in pain, so she stopped using him immediately.
