Roderick screwed up my teeth and wont take any ownership for his shoddy workmanship. It would be too mild to just say that his bedside manner could use some work. Instead, he fundamentally needs to learn to respect patients and get his ego in check. I think many of the reviews on other sites are written by his staff.

I’ve grown very suspicious of Garcia, and feel that he prioritized his wallet over my health and safety.

Wants your money. Will perform unnecessary procedures (whitening teeth he's going to cap in several weeks; ordering retainer before his work is complete--so was useless). Slipshod office practices by himself and staff (never ensured patient was pre-medicated; always wore latex gloves despite warning of latex allergy clearly indicated on front of chart). Result was horrendous: he could not deliver what he promised and I left with more problems than when I entered. Cost was exorbitant ; I'm living with results because of possible costs to correct--if the problems can be corrected. Does not provide discount for cash--you pay same amount as patients who charge--and for which he has to pay a hefty fee (as well as what the patient pays to the credit company). This is just another example of his scam techniques: profit over patient.

About Front Desk: Professional--and very pushy. Has gotten scamming down to an art. Have twice requested copies of my medical records--which Garcia, Joanne would not provide, but which I am entitled to under HIPAA. Next step would have been to engage expensive legal help--which I decided against and which this office probably counts on.

About Hygienist: One star. different hygienist each time I had teeth cleaned. Very poor cleaning; when I could not floss before appointment, I left office having to floss myself. useless for cleaning, but SOP was to try to add procedures to bill that were not warranted? careless about checking for pre-meds and not wearing non-latex gloves. One would bury my face in her generous breasts. very uncomfortable.

Dr Garcia is an outstanding Dentist. He is great at what he does. He does not quit until the work is perfect. I recommend Dr Garcia for any Dental service. He has over 30 years of experience and it shows. He is very pleasant and professional. he is highly confident at what he does.

About Front Desk: 5 stars. the front desk team is outstanding and friendly. they do their best to help you with all your needs and questions.

About Hygienist: 5 stars The hygienist is excellent as well. Very gentle and knowledgeable.
