Dr. Bill is a very good dentist. His staff has been with him a long time which says a lot about how he treats them and their loyalty. I have had a lot of work on my teeth, probably due to bad genes. Unfortunately I struggled with a few other dentists before I found Dr. Pavlakos. He is good with my kids as well. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Pavlakos did good work on my teeth. However, his wife asks everyone she sees to write a review for her husband whether or not they are a patient or not. That's pretty sad to maintain a higher ranked dentist by the social begging of his wife.

About Front Desk: If his wife is included in his staff, let me tell the public she asks everyone she knows and sees to give a good review for her husband, its pretty pathetic that Dr. Pavlakos's wife has to tarnish his reputation by begging people who are not even his patients to leave good reviews!

I get my yearly cleanings here and have had cavities filled multiple times. dr. Pavlakos and his staff are friendly and make sure I am comfortable in the dental chair. they are caring and always listen to my concerns or needs

Excellent Dentist. I get so many compliments on my smile. I love my teeth. I have had several crowns and teeth whitening done. The staff is very caring, they are very accomidating, they file my insurance for me. Office is up to date, professional and clean.

Dr. Pavlakos did cosmetic work on my front upper teeth and I was soo happy with the results. I had a pretty big gap that my orthodontist had not bothered to fix when I had braces. Can't believe he made it look so natural. He truly is an artist of dentistry!! His cosmetic work is awesome!

Dr. Bill cured me of a lifelong phobia of dentistry. My first experience with him was for a root canal and he was so skilled at this procedure that I was able to do the second leg of the root canal/crown with no anesthesia/lidocaine at all. Hygienist Christine is terrific, full of good tips and suggestions that have made my dental condition improve immensely over the past several years. Best part of the practice is a friendly, helpful, concerned crew (front desk to doctor himself) who have always put my comfort, trust, and care first. I've recommended over 20 people to Dr. Pavlakos and staff. Kudos!!

I was never EVER seen on time. My last appointment I just left after I waited for 20 past my appointment time. No one called to apologize or even reschedule. Some of the worst costumer service I have experienced in a professional doctors office.
