Do not go to this dentist as he is arrogant, moody, difficult to get along with, expensive and will not listen to his patients. He did an absolutely horrible job on my 5-tooth bridge. He didn't have a problem charging over $5,000.00 for it, but refused to let me view it on the mold before he cemented it in so that I could make sure it looked alright. He promised he would place the bridge temporarily, but then did not live up to his word. One of the teeth looks like a piece of corn and he refused to fix it. In retrospect, every time I saw this man for dental care, if I dared to ask a question, he got upset and told me he was the dentist and refused to answer my questions. If he answered them slightly, he got indignant because I had dared to ask him a question. I have gone to a new dentist who is going to repair the Bridge that Willoughby made so that it will appear normal. He also did a terrible job on a front porcelain filling as the color does not match my tooth color and made a cap in the back of my mouth too short and too dark.
About Front Desk: Nice. Dr. Willoughby demands perfection from his staff but doesn't give it himself.

I recently had an extremely painful dental situation that decided to begin late on a Friday evening. I had heard about David Willoughby, DDS and decided to try an get in touch with him - on a Saturday! I left a message and within 30 minutes the doctor returned my call. He asked me several questions about my situation, pain level, etc. Just to hear his calming voice and concern was a relief in itself. He offered to call in a prescription for the pain. He was out of town in Colorado and would be returning to New Meixco on Sunday, and arranged to see me first thing Monday morning at 7:30am. The atmosphere of his offices was very relaxing, and his staff was very pleasant. The doctor himself is very thorough and reassuring. He explained what he was going to do and what I should expect. Dr. Willoughby and his staff are delightful! The atmosphere is relaxing. He and his staff are there to serve us! He answers my questions in a way that I understand. He always has time for his patients. His hygenist is pleasant and friendly. I love going to see Dr. Willoughby and his staff!
