8 years ago I was referred to Duane Beers by my Grandmother for a broken tooth. Had a 5 tooth bridge made along with some other work done. When it got loose I went to see him to fix and because I didnt have my copay cuz I'm a single parent he wouldn't see me. Soon after the bridge broke. Called him to let him know and he wanted $100 JUST TO LOOK AT ME !! My point to all this is........know your insurance. Know when certain produceres will be covered. Mine I was short just 7 days .....7 days mind you. Paul knew this about my insurance but never said anything. In TOTAL I paid over $9000 CASH. I trusted Paul and Dr. Beers and after everything was said and done I was taken advantaged of and I feel after paying $9000 I should have been treated better than this after they broke !! Now not even 9 years later Im having to pay MORE MONEY to have dentures made.
When I contacted the office after I did research with my insurance company- I called Paul and he played dumb. Telling me that he just sent away a patient cuz of the waiting period on his insurance so they knew about mine no doubt. Nothing I could do because too much time had passed til I found out the truth all because i trusted them in the office. RESEARCH BEFORE PAYING !!!!

I just had work on a left molar yesterday and today. Wonderful. I also had bridge work done on my lower left molars. Everything when extremely well. The staff is excellent, Dr. Beers is excellent, and I really had no pain for either procedure. I would and have recommended Dr. Beers to friends, most of whom already see him.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff is great. Paul is in charge of all the billing and insurance matters and very helpful. There are several different women at the front desk, who are wonderful, but I don't remember their names.

Yesterday I had two fillings replaced, one new filling (in a wisdom tooth!) And a tooth prepped for a crown with a temporary (that you would never notice) seated. All the work was done on one side all on the top. This morning I am left only with a tired jaw and ever so minor gum irritation around the crowned tooth. The two most incredible things are that my bite feels just as natural and comfortable as it did when I walked in yesterday. The second is, as a soon to be 50 year old, I have lived with a mouth full of those dark gray fillings since I was 15. Now with the new composites that are matched to my own tooth color and a porcelain crown also matched, that entire side looks like a beautiful stretch of untouched healthy teeth! I will continue using Dr Beers for all my dentistry and I highly recommend him for others like me who live in fear of dental work! When I felt a little bit of sesitivity after well over half the work was done, they stopped and right away did something about it. So pleased I went by their office this morning and thanked them!
