dr. caggiano was very rude and belittling when I asked for more information about my treatment. worst experience I have ever had with a dentist!
About Front Desk: front desk lady was rude and inpatient. she didn't take time to inform what I needed to bring before coming to the office. waste of time!

BEWARE OF THE RUDE OFFICE MGR!!
When I called to schedule an appointment, The Office Manager, Billie, told me that they ARE an IN NETWORK provider with my Insurance company. I was so excited to finally have found a great office that took my Insurance. However, not too soon after the appointment, I received a bill stating that my Insurance did not cover the services in full. When I contacted my Insurance they stated to me that Dr. C is NOT in network!! After several attempts to call the office, I finally spoke w/ Billie (again) and the story had changed. They now ACCEPT the insurance but are OUT OF NETWORK. I attempted to inform her this is not what I was told prior to making the appointment. She became EXTREMELY RUDE & combative, called me a liar, began laughing and then disconnected the call. When I called back to speak w/ Dr. C, I was placed on hold for close to 1hr. I wanted to inform her of how her Office manager conducts business. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a ""OFFICE MANAGER!!"" These offices state they care about their patients but I question their meaning of "care." Dr. C is amazing, so I wouldn't hesitate on making an appointment but I WOULD definitely contact my insurance prior to going!!

Dr. Caggiano transformed my smile. I went to a few dentists before I decided to have the work done with Dr. C. What set her apart from the rest was her confidence. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted. And she was not afraid to let me know if my expectations were not realistic. Dr. Caggiano also booked her appointment with me and only me. She didn't have rooms full of other patients and running back and forth with her assistant doing most of the work....she was with me and only me. Now I have a beautiful smile that I am proud of. I would recommend Dr. Caggiano to everyone!!!!

Dr. Caggiano is a wonderful dentist! I have alot of anxiety about going to the dentist but she is so nice and gentle that I will keep going back. I had some cavities filled and she fixed my chipped tooth. I never felt a thing!

I have been a patient of Dr. Caggiano since she purchased the practice. I must admit I was nervous because I was the previous dr.'s patient for many, many years and now he was selling his practice. Dr. Caggiano more than exceeded my expectations. She has a calm presence about her. Her dentistry is soothing....yes I said soothing. I never imagined that was possible either, but happily it does. Dr. Caggiano has a terrific staff as well. To say they compliment her would be an accurate statement. Her front desk is knowledgable in every aspect of dentistry and she knows insurance insode and out.
About Hygienist: Russ is a great hygienist. He does the best cleanings I have ever had.

Dr. Caggiano is currently performing some necessary work on my teeth in preparation for Invisalign. I have never had a more attentive dentist. Her work is beautiful - she is truly an artist when it comes to restoration. She tolerates nothing short of perfection on crown work. Dr. Caggiano is extremely courteous and professional as well as funny, entertaining and informative (not to mention charming). I have finally found the perfect dentist!

I was a patient of Dr. Caggiano's in her last year of dental school. She did extensive restorative work and designed a partial for me. When I first meet this wonderful young lady, I was on the verge of loosing almost every tooth I had. Thanks to her skills and dedication, I still have every tooth she worked on and I've had no problems since. At every meal, I am reminded of this angel who rescued me. I refuse to believe that her skills and caring have done anything but improve with age. I wish I could make the folks within her practice area understand how very lucky they are to have her. If you can get an appointment with Dr. Caggiano; GET IT!
