BE WARNED- HE DOES NOT LISTEN!!!! See review below in Front Desk Staff field. My dentist review would not fit in this allotted space.

About Front Desk: We love the front desk staff- the 5 star rating is for those ladies! This review is of the dentist, Dr. Foutz. (There was not enough room in dentist review field). TOO BUSY TO LISTEN OR TO CARE ABOUT PATIENTS!!! We thought Dr. Foutz had a nice family-run office. My husband and I have been patients for about five years. Dr. Foutz, however, DOES NOT LISTEN. He is in over his head, and does not know how to correct his costly and life-altering mistakes. The NTI Bite Guards can cause major structural and alignment problems with the jaw and the bite. I saw Dr. Foutz a couple of times a month, and each time, shared my concerns. He told me not to worry about it, to keep wearing the guard. My bite has been permanently changed because of this. I now have debilitating TMJ headaches, facial pain, and my bite does not close. He referred me to an orthodontist for braces that would take 2 years, and cost me $13,000. My teeth are already perfectly straight! I had braces when I was a kid!!! At the same time, Dr. Foutz suggested Invisalign for my husband. He said it would take 12 months, and cost $5500. His Invisalign was finally removed after more than 30 months of wearing them exactly as directed!!! His teeth are not even remotely straight- especially one of his front teeth, which is at an angle!!! Dr. Foutz had the audacity to say he was thrilled with the results, that we were not going to get that tooth to straighten out, and that he should put a veneer on it or do some bonding!!! After seeing an actual orthodontist, his bite is off, his teeth are a structural mess, and he still needs braces (to the tune of another $5500). Throughout the entire process, Dr. Foutz would cut us off as we talked, or would run away. He is obviously too busy to acknowledge patients' concerns. I called the office and shared my concerns with one of the front office staff. She said she would speak to him, but I have yet to hear a peep out of the man. I cannot express how DISAPPOINTED I am. We adore his front office staff, and thought we had a great relationship with a great dentist :( BE WARNED!!! Do yourselves a favor- see someone who knows what he is doing, or at least cares enough to listen!

Best dentist. Excellent friendly and caring staff. I will never go anywhere else!

Over the years Dr. Foutz has provided me with implants, crown's, root canal's, fillings. Both Dr. Foutz & Staff members offer exceptional customer service, respond to emergencies within hours, and go to great lengths to minimize any pain, anxiety, and stress. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seated in an exam room. Dr. Foutz is always up to date on the latest dental techniques, technologies, this translates to very long wear on dental work. For example, most of my crowns have lasted 15 years and some have been in nearly 20 years. Service is an important part of what Dr. Foutz provides. After one difficult extraction - he actually called to check up on me that evening, something no other dentist has done in my lifetime. Staff members are professional and courteous and go out of their way to resolve insurance issues. I highly recommend Dr. Foutz.

About Hygienist: Periodontal services are excellent, well timed, and thorough. Staff members are very professional and courteous.

My wife and I have never been to a better dentist. The office is state of the art and the staff is always fun to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone. Chavon the hygienist is fast and flawless. Pain free and always lplesent.

There billing department is a joke! Watch out for the "hidden cost".I needed a filling as was told by the office staff it would be 220.00 outta pocket after ins. When I was done, they then tried to charge me 475.00. This same billing problem has also happened to a couple of my family mambers. Make sure to get the FINAL COST in writing the day of your exam!!

Best dentist in all of NV. Very gentle and patient. Dr. Foutz is the only dentist I have found that can keep me numb for the full duration of the appointment. My smile has NEVER looked better.

Dr. Foutz repaired several broken or chipped teeth, without having to do a root canal as a prior dentist had said I needed. And the color match was perfect! Also, I didn't have to wait weeks to get an appointment. On one occasion I was able to get seen without an appointment at all. Excellent dentist continuing a long family history of dentistry here in town.

Dr. Foutz is not only an excellent dentist, but very caring and empathetic. I feel he is the best dentist I've ever had. Since moving to California, I have not been able to find a dentist comparable in quality to Dr. Foutz, so I continue to commute to Las Vegas any time I need treatment. Dr. Foutz and his staff are so pleasant and accomodating that I no longer even consider looking for a dentist in my local area (Thousand Oaks, CA).
