Over the course of years I have had several procedures done. The professionalism of the Doctors and the staff is making my visits to the dental office "pain free". Thorough attention to the health of my teeth. The Doctors are highly trained professionals , knowledgable and taking pride in the profession. Excellent manners, very happy with my choices. I've been treated by Dr.Piyevsky and Dr. Chow. Highly recommend my favorite dentists!

About Front Desk: Visited both locations(because of my schedule). The staff is always friendly, professional, very helpful with the questions about billing/insurance. My appointments are always on time. The front desk is very accommodating if my appointment needed to be rescheduled. The front desk is following up on me with the phone calls(appointments or after the procedures).

Hygiene rating:

About Hygienist: Madonna is my favorite! Highly recommend! Never felt any pain and I am always taking naps during the procedures!!!! Professional, highly knowledgeable, gentle, perfectionist. Excellent results, very happy.

Very inexpensive as they take my insurance as payment in full. Staff is knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Ellen's office includes another Dentist who does all the fillings in that office. Have always had past issues with fillings and other Dentists, but this guy was very good. He really makes sure your filling is as good as your original teeth were. Awesome bedside manners for the entire staff.

Dr. Piyevsky is located at Lake Mead Dental located at 7481 W., Lake Mead Blvd. I have had two cleanings and one set of ex-rays at this office since moving to Las Vegas. Though my last dentist in California had just given me a clean bill of health, Dr. Piyesvsky said I needed 10 cavities filled. Also, I just didn't feel like I received a very good teeth cleaning, it took about 5 minutes to polish my teeth and about 5 to clean them, quickest cleaning I've ever had. I am presently in the process of getting a second opinion on the fillings and finding a new dentist. The interior of Lake Mead dental is all open, you can see and hear everything going on with other patients. Long wait to be seen. The office staff is helpful and nice. The parking is plentiful.
