I had an oral appliance made because of snoring ( sleep Apnea)Before I ordered the appliance I asked Rose about the medicare insurance coverage. She assured me that Medicare will cover part of the charges. I asked if other patients have collected from Medicare. She told me yes they have and she will help me fill out the Medicare forms which they have as they do this for other patients. I went ahead with the oral appliance and sent in the Medicaid forms that were filled out by Dr. Gonzales office. I was denied any payment as Dr. Gonzales is not a Medicare approved Doctor. I asked Rosie to get me a name of someone who has received payment from Medicare for proof to show Medicare. She never gave me a name because there is no one that has been reimbursed by Medicare. I advise anyone who is thinking of getting this procedure with Dr. Gonzales expecting Medicare to reimburse them for any part of the charge it will not happen. Do not believe Dr. Gonzales or his staff if they tell you different. Dr. Gonzales may be a good dentist but he and his staff are not trustworthy. I have been denied twice by Medicare and I am now going to small claims court to let a judge decide on the ethics of Dr. Gonzales. The limit is $7500 in Nenada.

This is one hard sell dental office. From the moment that you walk in the door. The staff starts to tell specific stories about past patients and how happy they were, and they all seem to have the same stories. I walked in with some discomfort with an implant and needing a cleaning, and when the dentist was done with what I can only call a very bizarre examination, he told me that my body was out of alignment, my jaw was out of alignment and that I had an overbite that was going to take years to correct. I can't say that I've ever been to a dentist that did a head to toe exam. At the end of a very strange exam they send to to a room with the staffer that does the selling. She proceeded to tell me again how happy past patients were and then handed me two estimates for dental work. One was for $48,000 , yes you read that right, and the other was for $12,000. All I wanted was a cleaning and a look at my implant.
