I had a crown break about 5 months ago, had it re-cemented, was good for a while, now same crown 5 months later broke off again. Time to do something different. Not to mention, when I called, very snappy attitude from staff. They will absolutely NOT go in on a Friday, because Heaven forbid, it's the doctor's day off and he won't go in for an emergency. Most dentists around work M-F, not M-Th. I am highly thinking of changing dentists if I can find one closer.

My name is Mark lew... I have been a patient of Dr. Lords for 20 years. My wife has been seeing him for 25 or more years. Our children have seen him since birth. We have always been treated like celebrities. In 2015 I needed a root canal and it couldn't wait. They say there is no worse pain than giving birth, but they're wrong! Dr. Lords could not get me in for same day surgery on the tooth, so he and his staff immediately got on the phone with an excellent oral surgeon and got me in right away! What a true professional! Most dentists would have prescribed a boat load of ibuprofen and orajell just so they could do the work. The root canal and initial exam ate up my insurance benefits for the year and after Dr. Lords put on the crown, my outstanding bill was over $1,000. The office staff offered to write off part of the balance, but I declined because Dr. Lords is worth the money he charges. They allowed me to make payments on my bill, interest free over 10 months! I will never leave this place.

About Front Desk: I can't say enough about the front desk staff. Did I already say that they NEVER OVERBOOK!??! Don't worry about a long wait time, there are only 4 or 5 chairs in their waiting room and the other three are for your spouse and two kids! I've always been treated fairly with billing. They bill two insurance companies for me (Clark County and culinary) and patiently wait for them to pay (Culinary is super slow payers).

About Hygienist: Hygienists come and go. I never have the same one twice. That being said, Dr. Lords always finds the best ones! I had only one experience where it kind of hurt and I was told it's because I don't floss (true). Always thorough and very polite.

Dr. Lords is the best in Las Vegas! Lets just put it this way I drive 30 minutes to see him on the other side of town. He never tries to sell me on something I don't need done like some other places I have gone. He is completely honest and very down to earth. The ladies up front are really nice and helpful. All the staff there are really great people. They make you feel at home. Wish I could take them to Albuquerque with me when I move. Thanks for everything!!!

Hands down the best Dentist i've been to in Las Vegas! Very professional, they strive to keep you comfortable and well informed at all times.

About Hygienist: Excellent hygienists as well, top notch facility.

Previous Dr wanted to crown 1 to 2 teeth a year. I t hought this a bit much (previous history showed 2 crowns in 10 years) so I sought a second opinion. Dr. Lords and his team were thourough and without knowing the previous recommendations indicated I did not need any crowns. Because of his excellent care we have stayed with Dr. Lords and will continue to do so. Highly recommend if you are looking for a professional, high quality dentist with an outstanding staff.

About Hygienist: Not enouogh space to praise the two I've had taking care of my teeth.

Dr. Lords is the best dentist in the Valley. Before coming to him I would dread coming to the dentist. Dr Lords is good at what he does. I felt no pain during or after getting work done. One time I went into him when I had a minor tooth ache. He fixed me up that day and took care of me. He is also great with kids. My niece had several cavities and felt comfortable letting Dr. Lords work on her. I would recommend him to anyone!

Great Dentist, very nice man.Wonderful Friendly staff. I had Root Canals and Crowns. He did a Fabulous job I didn't even feel the shot. I have recommended him to all my friends.

About Hygienist: Hygienists are booked out 6 months, but well worth the wait.
