I'm 68 and have been to plenty of dentists, good and bad. Dr. Ginsberg is the best I ever met. Does NO unnecessary work. Some day when I move from the area I will travel back just to see her.

Dr. Ginzburg has been treating me for twenty years. In that whole time I have never been dissatisfied. I've had any number of crowns put in and at least one bridge. Over the past eight years I've had five implants. None have failed. The facilities are fine, the cost reasonable, and the treatment virtually pain free. Importantly, her chairside manner is great and she's always been most candid in describing the risks involved with treatment, specifically the risk that implants can fail. Over the course of the years I've recommended Dr. Ginzburg to a number of people and especially to a sister who has epilepsy and requires extra attention in her treatment.

Dr Ginzburg provided my dental care for several years and finally enough is enough. How long can you put up with sub-par dental care. Failed crowns -- I never had one that did not have to re-cemented -- NEVER! And that's just the begining...drilling the wrong tooth. Telling me I was all done only to realize when I left the chair that my cap was not put in my mouth!! And finally the last straw, having a frony veneer fail after 6 weeks -- I didnt; even go back. I'd rather pay a professional who gets it right the first time then return. It's hard but there are quality dentsists in my plan with the same convenience -- you owe it to yourself to get quality care, don't settle.

Prior to my becoming a patient of Dr Ginzburg, two of my teeth were becoming loose and the problem was getting worse over time. My dentist at that time told me that I needed expensive gum surgery as my only hope to save these two teeth from falling out. He said that if I wanted to keep my teeth, this was my only option and it was worth the multiple thousands of dollars that it would cost to save them. At that point, I decided to see Dr. Ginzburg after I heard favorable things about her and that she also teaches dentistry at Columbia Dental School. Dr Ginzburg examined my teeth and gums and immediately concluded that my loose teeth were likely the result of a common problem of grinding my teeth while sleeping. She then smoothed a rough edge on a protruding tooth, made me a mouthguard for use during sleep and within two months, my teeth were as solid as rocks. I could not be more satisfied with the professional expertise that she provided to me. She saved me from having unnecessary and painful surgery not to mention what that surgery would have cost. It is absolutely a pleasure to deal with Dr. Ginzburg. I have never had such an outstanding dentist and I continue to appreciate the fine service that she has provided to me.

As another patient commented, enough is enough. Dr Ginzburg's office has done unnecessary root canals on me, put in crowns that broke, put in fillings for my kids that soon broke and had to be re-filled. All this occurred within one year of the original work. In addition, as another patient reported here, she also charged me for the "emergency" after I paid a fortune for the original work. In another case, she began drilling on the wrong tooth until I pointed this out to her. Thousands of dollars are gone and so are my teeth.
