let's just say my private nickname for her is Brutus Maximus. one week later after a filling which was begun with no anesthesia my jaw still aches. I won't go into details but the injections when administered were terrible. she is rough and not at all gentle or fine tuned. guaranteed I will never sit in her chair again Overall a terrible experience

Dr. Jacobo has been my dentist for over 10 years. I have some procedures done with with her. She is always very professional and courteous. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.

About Front Desk: Very helpful when interacting on the phone and scheduling appointments.

I just visited this office for a second time. The first time I came, I waited for 15 minutes outside before the secretary showed up to unlock the front door. I then waited an hour before I was moved into a room for cleaning. After another half hour, Dr. Jacobo rushed in, apologizing that she was 1.5 hours late because she was "on the phone." She spent about 10 minutes looking at my teeth, and said goodbye. I had a similar experience on my second visit. I arrived at 9:00 am (my appointment time) and the front door was locked. When the secretary finally showed up, the was no apology, and she went through the front door and let it close in front of me before coming back a few minutes later to turn the lights on. I then waited 40 minutes as the other employees sauntered in through the front door holding newspapers and coffees. There were no other patients there. I was seen for 10 minutes, and the hygienist did an incomplete job of cleaning my teeth (I found plaque on my back molars after I left). This place is ridiculously unprofessional. I will not be coming back.
