Dr. Gronowitz's employee Dr. Benjamin Selzer is unprofessional and incompetent. He strung me along for 2 years and in the end the work was not done. He insisted I not go through my insurance company for his services and talked me into taking out a loan thru CareCredit for $7,500. I paid the loan off in six months and both he and Ira Gronowitz got paid and I received nothing substantial in return. Selzer also committed Medicare FRAUD by submitting an insurance claim for work he never provided. I have a feeling it was not the first time he has done this. He now refuses to refund the total I paid. I would NOT recommend anyone to these dentists. Please stay far away.

Very unprofessional rude staff starting with secretary to the dentist. I have very long story but would ever go back to this shit hole.

Don't know who this guy or the clinic is, but we've received bills from them. We've never heard of them. Either they're scamming people or some of their patients are using other people's names and addresses.

Paid $3,500 for a one year on-going procedure and they did not do it well. They would stuff things in my mouth and go around talking to other people. Once, they did not perform something well so they made another appointment for me and I had to pay for that too. Once I paid the full amount they asked for, they made it seem like I should not be talking to them. All they care about is money. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!
About Front Desk: Front desk was alright but they turned really mean once I paid the entire amount due.

I went in for a routine exam and cleaning. Left with a clean bill of health. The next day, up all night with a tooth ache. Went back to Gronowitz office and was told tooth had to be removed, but they could not do it. Referred me to a dentist that insisted on taking more xrays even though I had xray from previous day. Then he had the ordasity to charge me a $100 dollar deductable for telling me all was well, even though they did not notice tooth that was so bad it had to be removed the next day by one of his crony dentist offices and had to pay more money for something that should have been done by him the day before. But his staff said I had no issues. Would never go back to Gronowitz nor would I recommend him to my worst enemies!!!!!!!!!!

I waited over an hour for a consultation. The consultation lasted one minute. I was charged $75.

my braces were a complete failure they werent put on right they fell off and my teeth saw no changes and when they came off the glue wasnt taken off properly
