BEST DENTIST IN NYC!!! Dr. Zak has been my dentist for few months now, she has given me best dental treatment. Her personality is always positive. Her work is excellent and she gave me detailed answers to all of my concerns. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
About Front Desk: Front desk is very helpful. Always able to get late evening appointment.

annual check is always a chore, she takes too long to complete her work and the last time I saw her I waited over 45 minutes.

I was there for a cleaning and the doctor had shaky hands, and didn't finish the cleaning. Told me i should come back for another cleaning in a month. They are very expensive, and the dental assistant is very unprofessional

This dentist has caused me great pain and suffering. She asked on several occasions what we are doing today. As if I'm supposed to know. My girlfriend recommended her, but she doesn't seem like she has a clue. I am in constant pain after seeing her. I did have a lot of work done, but everyone I speak to says I shouldnt be in this much pain.
She changes dental assistants often.
Dr. Zak is a very nice person, but her dental work is shady.

Dr. Zak found a "maloclusion" which was causing my gums to bleed. The problem had begun two years earlier when a dentist did a somewhat sloppy job on a filling, or maybe the shape of my mouth changed. I was finally able to get the problem corrected. Her exam started me on the road to healing my mouth. So I am happy she has a sharp enough eye to see something that other dentists could not pinpoint.

Dr. Zak did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. She removed hard-to-remove stains. She has sophisticated equipment in her office and found imperfections in my teeth, so now I know what is there. She works hard, and has a lot of enthusiasm for her work. She is a wonderful example of what women can accomplish who enter the dental profession. She is knowledgeable and willing to share her knowledge with the patient.

Amazing dentist. Sincerely cares about each and every patient. I have recommended her to both friends and family.
