I am a client of Dr Gianadda and for 30 years the level of service I have received, whether it be preventive or emergency; has always been thorough, consistent, proficient, and service with a smile. The facilities the business has occupied have always been clean, accessible, and child friendly. The staff and make this happen; from the receiptionist, to billers, to the wonderful hygentists, demonstrate the same level of professional and excellent service.

Under the supervision of Dr. Gianadda, Dr. Jeffery Goldberg did extensive work that was not needed. I was referred to Western NY Dental Group by my insurance because i needed one procedure done that my regular dentist could not do. My dental health was fine going in there, with regular check ups and cleanings. I left traumatized with one broken front tooth four other broken teeth that either had root canals done because they killed the tooth with excessive and unnecessary work. It has cost me over 10,000 so far to repair the damage they did. Do not go to them !
About Hygienist: cont" they sent me a check for 2.000 dollars that I never accepted so I wouldn't sue them. They knew they screwed up. I also sustained a critical infection from them that lasted a month while I took antibiotics. Calling the BBB on them.
