Dr. Hyde has been my dentist now for about 15 years. I refuse to allow any other dentist to work on my teeth but Dr. Hyde. He has over 35 years of experience. His staff is extremely friendly. He has place crowns and bridges etc. My teeth look absolutely amazing! Thanks to Dr. Hyde. This is a true story when I'm bout to tell you. I've been City/ County employee for over 15 years, I've lost all my dental insurance because due to a terrible car accident that I was involved in. Months after that my husband who served in Vietnam War had a stroke/heart attack. Then shortly after that I lost my job had no dental insurance. Thank God! Today Dr. Hyde dental plan, he was able to work out a nice reasonable insurance plan for me. I was so happy because I am the one that always believing keeping up my dental hygiene. I can go on and on about how wonderful Dr. Hyde amazing work and him understanding The importance of keeping my teeth looking nice and bright and pretty. I wish I can upload a photo just to show you guys just what amazing work he really does. But I urged you, to go give him one visit and try myself and I guarantee you you'll be stuck with them for life. Just like I am. Lol! Oh and by the way, he's pain-free.

About Front Desk: when you first walk into the door you always greeted with a smile from the staff. They make you feel so comfortable. I always look forward to going to the Dentist, which some may not. But once you have met the staff. You almost feel like at home.I know that's hard to believe when visiting the dentist, but staff has excellent! people personality skills.

About Hygienist: 10!

The dentist dr Hyde did a great job filling a fractured filling. he was nice effective and gentle

I have been a patient of this dentist for a while and I believe that he is a very friendly dentist. I just got home from a cleaning today and I feel the doctor deserves this nice review because of his friendliness. Dr. Hyde was very comforting and understanding before he started his work. Even though it is obvious what happens during a cleaning, he made sure I knew everything that was going to happen before he even started the procedure.

This dentist partially paralyzed my daughter's face. After a filling she has no feeling or contol on right side. Eye twitches involuntarily as well

I've been going to Dr Joe for years now after many uncsuccessful attempts at dentist's that kept telling me I needed a root canal or brige (or whatever THAT is) and my teeth are perfect. He was super gentle, offered me many painless options and even stayed ectra long to talk. Idk what those other reviews are about... just bad eggs in an obviously wonderfully run practice. -a satisfied patient

About Hygienist: Harnit (I think that was her name) was so extremely gentle. This is the first time after seeing the dentist that my mouth or gums weren't swollen, bleeding and hurting after.

Don't go to this unprofessional, self bloated ass! He is horrible and doesn't know what he is doing. Keep walking and find another dentist. All he cares about is the insurance money and could care less about completing a procedure. He is pompous and his education is lacking regarding treatment of simple procedures.

I went to him for a root canal which I paid 955 for. He was unsuccessful in completing it. He said he would have it done in two visits & after 5 visits he did not complete it. Everytime I left his office I was in excruciating pain. I would call after hours and no one would answer. His staff does not return calls. When he was working on my teeth he was rude and agressive. He didn't listen to me when I said things hurt. He cut my gums. in numerous places. He yelled at his staff and would not clarify questions They asked. Therefore my treatment suffered. AGAIN DO NOT go to him. He is like 80 years old and should be retired!

About Hygienist: Staff was young and they all had attitudes. Except for Monique. Rude and unprofessional. Did not was hands. Did not care if they made you uncomfortable with force or pressure. Office was dirty and overbooked

I searched online and read reviews before I chose a dentist. Not many reviews about Dr. Hyde. Mostly are ok or neutral. My wife and I both went to Dr. Hyde office. He seemed to be nice, but grew impatient if you asked too many questions. I had a filling done by him. During the process, I noticed blood in my mouth which I felt strange but did not dig deeper. Less than 1 year later, I got big pain at that filled tooth. My new dentist found it rotted out from inside. I believe it was broken during the filling which explained blood. My wife tried to have filling, but her one tooth had top opened. Dr. Hyde explained she had very weak tooth, so had to extract that one, which we agreed to, but was it really she had a very weak tooth? We never know and we no longer trusted his service and expertise. The office kept on sending us cards and even called us to lure us back, but we refused based on the negative results to our teeth. The office is in a single house, kind of old and we do not feel it very clean. I am not saying Dr. Hyde did anything wrong, but we just do not like what happened to our teeth.

About Hygienist: We like the warm and nice hygienists despite our bad experience with our teeth. We can now compare what the hygienists did with what our current Hygienist do and we can tell that Dr. Hyde's hygienists did all the required procedures to clean our teeth, with full time of service from ticking, floss, brushing and etc. No complaints about them and would like their services if possible, but impossible since we do not want Dr. Hyde.
