Read Reviews for Dr. Edward Maurer
Just got my new dmo insurance and dr. Maurer was my assigned dentist. Decided to give him a try since he was close to my home. I had to wait 3 weeks for an afternoon appointment. Then day of the appointment to people from his office calls me back to back and cancels my appointment due to weather. They wanted to give me another 3 week out appointment, told them to forget it. They canceled me and they couldn't accommodate me for something sooner. His staff sounds elderly and will eventually cost him patients if they don't learn better customer service.

Just did a simple cleaning and check-up. Unfortunately I found this dentist to be unresponsive and almost sullen. Also, not as thorough as other dentists that I've been to. While you're not looking for the dentist to be your best friend, any patient should expect some level of commentary besides two muttered words. Unfortunately not as courteous as I would have liked, and not someone I could recommend. Otherwise, the office and front desk were quite pleasant and efficient. Easy to get appt and very little wait.
