Gives false information about costs even when asked multiple times. Then sends in the bill with the excuse that he did not kow about the insurance coverage beforehand even though He had assured me multiple times that the procedure was fully covered by insurance.

Dr. Shroff is a nice guy and is funny. His office is clean and decent. The staff is courteous and helpful. In my opinion though he comes across as a salesperson always trying to get you to do some procedure in which he can make some money. Doctors should make decisons in the patients best intrests not to make a buck. I had a procedure based on his recommendation (bridge) and it has been a horrible experience. I went to another dentist and was told it should have been left alone. My tooth was missing for 10 yrs. He made everything sound so simple using verbage like the bridge would fit over your exisiting teeth. Never mentioned he had to grind down two good teeth to install it. Also, I needed a root canal afterwards on a tooth that was fine before he ground it down. My endodontist when doing the root canal looked at the bridge that was made and I was told it was not made right. Dr. Shroff replaced it my next visit. I guess he was informed by the endodontist. If I was properly informed about the risks of a dental bridge I would have never had this procedure especially for a molar that no one could see. I trusted him and feel like I got burned. Dr. Shroff exhausted my insurance limit and I had to lay alot of money out of my pocket

DR SHROFF IS THE MOST FRIENDLY AND AMAZING PERSON I HAVE EVER MET.I DONOT REMEMBER GOING TO A DENTIST AND LAUGHING IN THE DENTAL CHAIR INSTEAD OF BEING STRESSED.HE HAS A BRAND NEW FACILITY JUST RENOVATED AND ALL THE LATEST EQUIPMENT THAT MAKES THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE FANTASTIC.HE HAS LATE EVENING AND SATURDAY HOURS WITH VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.HE IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES AND IS NOT TREATING DENTISTRY AS A BUSINESS BUT AS A SERVICE FOR PATIENTS.I HAVE NEVER WAITED IN HIS OFFICE. EVERY TIME I WAS SEEN PROMPTLY.HIS FEES ARE EXTREMELY REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER DENTIST IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS TRY HIM ONCE AND YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT.
