Dr. Charles Avanzato is probably the most patient dentist I have ever come across. You feel comfortable and relaxed. Brenda, who is his dental hygienist returns your teeth to the way they should always look without any discomfort even when you haven't been the best flosser or brusher. Dr. Avanzato and his staff treat everyone like family. He has treated my entire family from when they were little children to my older parents. I cannot think of anyone else I would trust our dental health with.

Great bedside manners, professional and kind. Very knowledgeable in his field.

Don't even bother coming here. They can't even manage to make a right appointment. I called in the beginning of August and they couldn't schedule me until "September 29th". Well I showed up on September 29th for my appointment and low and behold I didn't have one. They looked my name up and apparently it was scheduled for October 25th. I know it wasn't my mistake because the same thing happened to my coworker twice. To make matters worse they did nothing to rectify the situation. I was told "well we're all booked I have nothing earlier I don't know what to tell you." Well here's what I have to tell you ... I'm getting a new dentist. If you can't even schedule an appointment or try to accommodate your patients for YOUR mistake I don't want you anywhere near my teeth.

I have had cleanings,xrays, and fillings done by Dr.. Avanzato. He is always cncerned about the patient's comfort and stress level. He will spend the tiime you need to feel comfortable. The office is immaculate and his staff is very competent

About Hygienist: Brenda is great. She can make anypone's teeth look great and gums healthy. She knows whatshe is doing and does it so thaty ou are comfortable even if you have not been doing a good job of taking care of your teeth at homoe.

Dr. Charles Avanzato is an excellent dentist. I've been to a lot of other dentists over the years due to unsatisfactory care and moving, and I have finally found a wonderful dentist! Everyone at the office is very friendly and it is easy to schedule an appointment (they also have convenient office hours). At first, i was nervous and not looking forward to going to the dentist because I had some pretty painful sensitivity in my teeth, but they were extremely accommodating during cleanings and procedures. I have had old fillings replaced and 2 root canals done (1 fresh, 1 old one replaced) and I felt zero pain throughout the experience (trust me, Dr. Avanzato made sure to ask multiple times if everything was alright throughout the procedure). In addition, the dental hygienist is HELPFUL, not preachy about oral hygiene, which is always welcome. I have, and will continue to, recommend this office to people looking for great dental care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Charles Avanzato for about 8 years. Family members, several work associates, as well as friends are also patients of Dr. Avanzato. During that time I have been treated with dental implants and porcelain laminate veneers. I have always found Dr. Avanzato to be very professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and caring. His fees are not cheap but neither are they unreasonable. He is always willing to work with you so that you can afford needed treatment. If you are serious about getting excellent dental care, I highly recommend him to everyone!

If your sitting in his waiting room...run! All he sees is dollar signs and he could careless about your pain, finances or overall teeth. Don't let the smiles and the friendliness fool you. If you have any work by him you will most likely have to go back and get it repaired or end up going to another dentist that will do the job right. I wouldn't recommend him!

I have had cavities and root canals there. While Dr. Avanzato was good, he has no bedside manner especially if you question him about your procedure. His prices are high and I had insurance.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff, specifically Paula, is very rude and short tempered. many billing errors for which never had an explanation
