The office is nice and the receptionist are friendly. I actually see Dr. Paul in that office and he is awesome. I would recommened him to anyone.

The customer service sucks, in particular the receptionist (TOBI)! You can not speak with the dentist if you have a concern or problem as if we are not worth speaking to. They overcharge you for your services and before they take you out of pain or even bill your insurance company they ak you to pay up front!! They are horrible and all they care about is your money. I paid for services and they bill the insurance company for the same services already paid for and refuse to reimburse either party.
About Hygienist: Dr. Stephen Posovsky gets two thumbs down from me. It's a shame when a Dr. can't talk to his own patients about their concerns. I've called 12 times re this matter and not one of my calls were returned!
