where do i start? his office, or should i say converted apt. is full of old dusty furniture and depressing 70's knick knacks. the receptionist barely spoke english and patients were logged in a notebook. no computers here!
was surprised to find no running water in the bathroom, so how do they wash their hands?
the patient before me had to call a relative to pick them up. she appeared to be sick from part of her treatment.
he had a hard time shaping my cap to fit my bite. i still think the cap is slightly high but it appears he doesnt accomodate patient questions regarding procedures or treatments, simply saying 'trust me i know what i'm doing, i've been doing this a long time".
possessing a very poor chair-side manner, dr. rosario is a brusque and impatient man.
never experienced this in my life and never again!
