Never been fan of going to the dentist but Dr. G has been a pleasure. Best dentist our family has ever had, treating all of us for over 25 yrs. Highly recommend

For 25 years, Dr. G took very good care of my parents, my grandmother and me. Being a fearful patient, I always felt comfortable and well taken care of when I saw him (& his sweet staff.) He was very expensive, but it seemed worth it. Then, all of a sudden, about 5 or 6 yrs. ago, this changed drastically. When I was in his office to have a tooth filled, it appeared that due to my great sensitivity and low pain threshold that I was going to require more novacaine. This showed itself by me "jumping" when he applied the drill. But instead of his usual patience and sensitivity, he exhibited the opposite--a tremendous amount of insensitivity and lack of patience, "scolding me" and saying that "I should just go home!" This left me in tears and I think I did let him go through with the procedure anyway. I was also surprised at his reaction because he was well aware that I wrestle with a mood disorder-and he had always been patient before! That was the last time I saw him. Later that year, when I sent him my final payment, I included a long letter to him showing my shock,and sadness over this incident, explaining why he had lost me as a patient. I received no answer. Burnout maybe? So I can not comfortably recommend him.

Ben Gallinaro is the best dentist we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is extermely skilled, not an alarmist, friendly, helpful (as is his staff) and just great period!
