Do not go to this place. They charge your charges and don't mention it. They rescheduled me for three different appointments and then said I never came because i did not know about them and charged me $50 cancellation fee. Also they ill charge you if you show up late. Very bad service. Went their for 2 years with family and friends and will never go again. If you want a good dentist with no hidden fees and penalties then stay away from his office!

Snap on smile- complete disaster !
Dr Minkowitz charges double the money other dentists do. But I believed that the fitting, making molds, selecting the size of teeth to fit existing dentition requires expertise.
After receiving the snap on and expressing dissatisfaction, I learned that the ill fitting device is designed by computer program, and it is not the dentist responsibility. At fault is my existing dentition!!! I would appreciate the honesty upfront! Snap on done by Dr Mincowitz :
- bulky (can't even be covered by upper lip)
- my bite is altered,
- upper jaw protruding
- unnaturally looking, big (huge), horse like teeth
- can't talk properly
- cannot absolutely eat wearing them
- very difficult to take it out (after 3 days my nails are gone).
Still, I wanted to believe the dentist that it takes time and some getting used to to wear them. Forget it!!
I wore them on my work day: spoke and look funny, got negative commends (people are usually nice and will try to give complements).
My jaw joints started hurting, but i was determined; after 2-3 hrs I could not stand the pain anymore, got a splitting headache, nausea.
I know this doctor: 3 months
