Dr. Triliouris didn't give me a good feeling from the start, but I was already there for my cleaning so there wasn't much I could do about it. She came by with my X-rays & told me that I needed a lot of dental work done ($2500+ after insurance coverage). This dental work included a few cavities (which I expected) & 1, possibly 2, root canals. I was told I has an abscess and that one root canal would definitely need to performed because of this. They did not prescribe me any medication for my abscess, which at the time I didn't realize was standard procedure in order to eliminate infection. When I went to another dentist for a 2nd opinion, they took high quality digital X-rays that they enlarged for me to go over what they found. They did not see any abscess in these X-rays & I was told that between that and having absolutely no pain in my teeth that I would NOT need a root canal at all yet. This new dentist also found it quite odd that I was not on any medication for the "abscess" that DLC found, & I am honestly thinking that they were just trying to cheat me out of money. I can only assume they didn't give me medication since I didn't actually have an abscess. Think twice or get a 2nd opinion for any major dental work.

This office is so dirty an old .,she is so money hungry instead of caring for u all she wants is money,,its a scam...the dust on the walls and the equiptment was so old , the assistants hair was hanging all down not even tied back ...i cant believe she conciders he self a professional ..this office is a disgrace

She has given me back my smile after many years of not smiling. I was embarased to allow people to see my teeth.
I am comfortable in the dental office for the first time.
Thank you Dr. Triliouris. She is not cheap. You pay for the outstanding job you get.

I have been a patient of Dr Triliouris for 2 years, she has surrounded herself with an incredible staff and together with them makes me feel like a queen. The results have been incredible and she has given me a wonderful smile that makes me very happy and helps in my success in business.
Their warmth made me overcome my fear and after many years I finally had all my work completed.

Dr. Triliouris and her staff are high-pressure salespeople that make car salesmen look like they are selling girl scout cookies.
I only found out about her because she does a mass mailing several times a year advertising her services--the main focus being cosmetic dentistry. When I visited her for the first time, I told her I wanted to get my teeth whitened. She over-charged me for a whitening system that had little effect (actual cost was $800 for regular bleaching gel syringes). I only paid a portion and she reported me to the credit bureaus for the unpaid amount. While I was there she commented on my crown and said it was "poor work" and she "could do a lot better". This was a tactic she used to lure me into having her replace a perfectly good crown. Beware of this dentist and her staff. They are high-pressure salespeople who are looking to make big bucks off of you and your self-image or lack thereof.

I have stopped going to Dr. Triliouris because I felt pressured into doing work that I was not sure needed to be done. I think Dr. Triliouris takes a more aggressive approach to dentistry, than I would like. The work that they do perform, I think and have been told (by another dentist), is very good. For more extensive work, such as crown, they do ask for the prepayment of services while offering a 10% discount. I did not mind the prepayment of services. What I felt uncomfortable about was the coupling of the aggressive work with the prepayment of services and the subtle pressuring that goes along with it.

Dental procedures were alright, however they tried to charge me for services before they were rendered. I had a death in the family and had to postpone an appointment and was continually harrassed by their billing department to pay for things that I had not yet had done. They even threatened me with bad credit. I have never heard of paying for a dental procedure before having it done. Though they are expensive I paid right away at each appointment. However, I feel harrassed and threatened by them and if I can get this rectified (I have been trying to get it rectified for four months) I will not be going back there again.
