I've been a patient for about 10 years, always a positive experience from start to finish.

I've been to quite a few offices the last couple years, but I'm definitely staying with this one. The doctor and staff made me feel really comfortable the entire visit. The office was also very clean and modern looking, something I've struggled to find in the past.

Not a bad dentist if you agree with everything he says and things go his way. If not, be prepared for some highly unprofessional behavior (major ego/control freak). I won't even write what he did and how he acted, because I still can't believe it myself. Between him and his office manager, I can't tell who's more strange. The two are in co -hoots with each other. It's no wonder he has a hard time keeping staff...I would never see the same techs there twice. I'd definitely go to someone else for cosmetic dentistry...not his forte at all. The only thing more shocking to me than his behavior at times is that I still continued to go to him. Thank goodness I finally wised up and found a more stable and more up to date dentist.
About Front Desk: Main receptionist (Elaine) was accommodating, I guess, when she wasn't acting weird. She used to hound me and my family with appt. reminders...home phone, cell phone...way too intrusive, but I'm sure she was doing as she was told.
About Hygienist: The one good thing about this practice...assuming she's still there. She was excellent.
