I went to Bellman initially to get all my old mercury amalgam fillings removed and replaced with composites. He did an excellent job, using a rubber dam during the removal process to protect from any toxic material from the filings. This was a difficult procedure but I have to say was diligently handled with minimal stress. I continued seeing Bellman over the years and found him to healthy, rational, and balanced approach to dental health. I have had maybe two new fillings over the last decade and all his original work is still solid which says a lot about the quality of the work. He is moderately expensive but not so for New York. His manner is very calming and attentive. Everyone who works there is polite and friendly, and you leave after a visit feeling contented and happy about the state of your dental health.
