My dental implants and sinus lift was a nightmare l have been in pain for the past 9 months. I suffer ringing ears ,dizzy ,migraine and heat in my head .Dr Andrea Botar ignored my pain and suffering she puts me through and refused to refund the money I paid her up front. Please help me I need to smile again.

she sees me for 5 mins, literally. she is very friendly enough for me to keep coming back. the office is very clean.
About Front Desk: they need a new receptionist. she is so slow. everytime I call she is always confused or hangs up on me. it's a hassle trying to make an appointment. she needs to learn how to use the phone and execute better customer service.

I had developed a phobia of any kind of dental work after a series of bad dentists when I was younger. Needless to say, I was very scared when I saw Dr. Botar for the first time... but she immediately made me feel better by her kindness and understanding. One root canal procedure was very difficult but she spent a lot of time and effort on it and I felt that all her materials were of a high quality. Needless to say I was very pleased with the result and I also had teeth cleanings and regular fillings done there. I was very sad when I moved away but now that I'm back in the area, I plan on seeing Dr. Botar again.
