I have been a patient of Dr Heifetz for over 8 years. He is an EXCELLENT Dentist, takes extremely good care and consideration of his patients. His warm and welcoming personality makes going to the Dentist an easy experience. His work is impeccable, I've had crowns done by him that were perfect. The office is wonderful, full of sunlight. Flat screen tv's in examining rooms, lovely waiting area. I can't say enough about Dr. Heifetz and his practice

About Front Desk: The front desk is great, extremely helpful with insurance, making appointments and reminder calls. The overall experience of the practice starts at the front desk and it's great!

About Hygienist: Anna is wonderful! She is an excellent hygienist, thorough, patient, and most importantly gentle. I can't say she makes getting a cleaning fun, but she certainly comes as close to it as possible!! She is terrific!

Before I met Dr. Heifetz, I had visited many dentists who were unable to help me in the way that I needed to be helped. I went to Dr. Heifetz because he was highly recommended. I was having trouble with my bite and was very uncomfortable. When I closed my mouth, I had very little space between my upper and lower teeth. I was "locked in" and was grinding my teeth badly, which made my teeth very sensitive and was causing TMJ. Dr. Heifetz was able to temporarily relieve my bite issues in just one visit and got me out of a lot of pain. He then proposed a permanent solution of replacing my veneers and a few crowns. The veneers that he made were absolutely stunning and fit perfectly. He checked in with me throughout the entire process to make sure I was comfortable. The new veneers were a perfect color match to my natural teeth. I could not have been happier with the work that he performed. I have never met a dentist who cares more about his patients or has more persistence in pursuing perfection. His entire staff is also amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Heifetz to anyone looking for a superior dentist.

Dr Heifetz has been my dentist for many years. He and his staff are professional, friendly, and truly care about each patient. Dr. Heifetz never recommends dental work unless it is absolutely necessary. When he does, he lays out all the options and fully explains what is going to happen. He and his staff have also called me after procedures to follow up and see how I am feeling. And the work that he does is amazing, I love my beautiful porcelain crowns and veneers!! I would not want to go anywhere else for my dental care...please, Dr. Heifetz, don't ever retire!!

About Hygienist: Dr. Heifetz's hygienist, Maria, is, by far, the best at what she does. No one loves going to the dentist's office, but going in to see Maria is always a pleasure. Extremely knowledgeable, skilled, very thorough, and so much fun to talk to. A true professional!

I was recommended to Dr. Heifetz by my GP, who still is a patient of Dr. Heifetz today. He started off by correcting some really bad work that I'd had over the years before I found him. From crowns, bridges, bite corrections, and fillings over the years to a couple of years ago when he did an amazing job on upper veneers, making me look almost as young as I was when I first came to his office! Couldn't be more pleased with the results and I highly recommend him. Besides his great work, he has a network of superb specialists he refers his patients to when specialists are needed. While he's not inexpensive, for Manhattan he is well within a certain norm and his work is well worth the cost.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff, dental assistants, et al, are all terrific re scheduling, rescheduling, billing, etc. Very personable and accommodating.

About Hygienist: I go almost every two months for a thorough cleaning by the hygienist, who takes her time and leaves me confident and refreshed. Dr. Heifetz always provides a checkup, as well, on the day of the cleaning.

Dr. Heifetz is a superb dentist. He has seen me through thick and thin, including bridges, crowns and veneers, for 30 years. He is a highly skilled and competent dentist who practices with concern and compassion and, most importantly, with great technical and cosmetic results. I have utmost confidence in him and his staff (who are highly trained and extremely helpful). I have recommended them to others and I would recommend them again without hesitation. This is as good as dentistry gets.

About Hygienist: Maria, the hygienist in Dr. Heifetz's New York office, is excellent. Her cleanings are thorough and painless. She is a truly nice person who converses intelligently on any number of topics.

Dr. Heifetz did an Invisalign like treatment on me- called Smart Moves. It has been so much cheeper, quicker and effective than I could have ever Imagined. I HIGHLY recommend him.

His prices are high end compared to others, but his work is inadequate, and does not live up to the prices he charges. Most of his dental work falls apart and needs three and four visits! He did my implants and I had to visit several times for him to get them right. He did my veneers and crowns, and they had to be redone several times. Also, he is impossible to get an appointment with, so you have the aggravation of spreading out treatment over weeks and months and years!. He creates a big fuss about his work, and there's a lot of drama when he functions, but most of everything he does has to be redone, and refixed and reglued, and re capped, etc--- and then he wants to charge you all over again for what he did not fix in the first place! You will suddenly find charges on your bill in a most dishonest way. It's time for all of us to bill guys like this for OUR time, since they cannot get things right in the first place. NO to Heifetz.

Dr. Heifetz is great. He and his assistants make going to the dentist enjoyable. The only issue I've had is that he doesn't take my insurance.
