I got my invisalign braces here. The starting aligners did not fit well so we had to take the impression over the 2nd time which meant I had to wait an extra month. However, Dr. Kim was nice enough to give me a box of free bleaching gels as a compensation for the delay, and free retainers at the end, which was a total surprise. In the end, the treatment was a success and I am pretty happy with his service.

Originally I went to see Dr. Kadoe, but he was not around that day. Therefore, I was seen by Dr. Kim and I must say he was one of the most decent and honest dentist I ever spoke to. He took his time to explain about my condition, and actually showed me how to floss and clean my teeth better with his hygienist. It was a nice experience.

On my first visit, Dr. Kim was extremely reassuring. The dental hygienist working with him did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was thorough and pleasant. Dr. Kim himself examined my teeth and fully explained work that needed to be done. He also advised me that some work proposed by another dentist was costly ans unnecessary, an indication of his trustworthiness. He was more than willing to answer all my questions and patiently explained conditions and options in plain language. He is also on my dental insurance plan which made the visit affordable. I will continue to see him.
