Quite possibly the worst receptionist / dental hygenist I have ever encountered. She should not be interacting with people and is just a downright difficult person. She makes the dental visit -- which is unpleasant in its own right -- that much more of a mentally and emotionally taxing experience.
In short, go to one of the fifteen other dentists on the same floor. You'll get the same treatment (which, incidentally was totally average -- she recommended four fillings; a second opinion said two, maybe three), but at least you'll be interacting with professional and courteous human beings.

Doesn't take enough time to ascertain the desired result. She increased the size and altered the shape of a tooth without clearing it with me first. Also charged to redo temporary work she had previously billed my insurance for.
