Dr. Schechner seemed preoccupied by his cell phone and left twice during my brief meeting after my cleaning (which was actually amazing). He seemed to just want to talk about his vacation when I had questions about MY TEETH! He seemed very arrogant - especially when I complimented his hygienist.
About Hygienist: I was there for a 1 hour appointment, but I was in a rush and she managed to get everything done while educating me about my teeth, was very sweet (and intelligent) and my teeth were very clean after without pain. I have continued to come here just for her cleanings.

I'm disappointed in Dr. Schechner's treatment of my tooth abscess. He is too casual in his treatment of serious problems. I don't think he takes the necessary time to examine a problem and really look at the treatment options. He seems to just want to process another patient regardless of the problem.

Dr. Schechner has been my dentisit for 20 years. A "stopgap" filling that he did at that time to save a tooth is still in excellent condition. Need more be said?
He has a secure, yet very gentle hand with a drill and is a most pleasant person.
