Well I have to say today was the first time I ever had a problem with Dr. Smith. I called to make an appt for myself and my son to get a cleaning the receptionist put me on hold came back and said and I quote " You have been red flagged because you missed your last appt and did not call to cancel" and then hung up. I called back I asked her is she had just hung up on me she said "yes" I asked her why she would be so rude she told me "nothing else to say" and hung up again. People like that are why people in America today walk into buildings and open fire. All she had to do was explain that I had missed and appointment and that I had not called to cancel so Dr. Smith does not want me as a patient any longer no need to be so rude. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. When I went in to see the Dr. he had the same attitude she did.
