The doctor is ok but the staff keeps on changing and is not very experienced.

Dr. Katzap is a very patient and kind man. He made sure that I was informed and educated about the dental procedures he had treatment planned and of the benefits to me. Dr. Katzap also was patient in answering my questions and discussing all my concerns. He provides in office sadation which truly made everything painless. After my surgery the doctor himself called to make sure I was doing well and following throught with my after care. I have never had a doctor take time out of his busy day to call and check up on me.
However let me be the first to admitt that no dental procedure is fun....but with Dr. Katzap's witty humor and jokes going to THIS dentist is fun. I strongly recommend Dr. Katzap. He is a leader in dental implant placement and restoration. He lectures world wide on the topic and teaches other doctors home to correctly place dental implants. Seeing Dr. Katzap for a dental appointment is something I have began to look forward too.

This doctor was recommened by my friend but did a very poor job with my implant and relatively expensive to other doctors.
I wouldn't come back to his office for treatment.

Dr. Katzap is the best! He definitely tries to save your teeth as opposed to a lot of dentists who will immediately come up with reasons to extract or do other things to your teeth. He found that my toothache was caused by an infection and that the tooth in itself was fine. After taking antibiotics, my tooth was fine (it's been 2 years now and still good). My previous dentist had told me I'll have to lose the tooth. Dr. Katzap explains everything that he will do, is very gentle (doesn't hurt), and is hilarious!

Dr. Katzap is awesome. He doesn't try to take teeth out unnecessarily like many dentists but really does the best for them. He explains everything clearly and patiently and he's quite hilarious.

overall very good experience. reasonable price. the facility can be upgraded but the great personality of Dr. Katzap more then makeup for it.

Very good dentist. Patient and takes the time to explain the procedure. Tries his best to make it as painless as possible.

Dr. Katzap and his staff are grrrrreat! I felt incredibly comfortable and relaxed in his office. He spent over an hour explaining my treatment plan. I highly recommend a visit with him. Probably, the best dentist I ever had the pleasure seeing

From my apartment, it took about an hour on the subway to get to Dr. Katzap's office, but it was completely worth it. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Katzap was very professional and took time to explain everything throughout my examination. The treatment (just a couple fillings) was relatively quick and painless.
I would definitely recommend him!
