Dr. Rich has been my dentist since 1981 and all of my dental work has passed the test of time. He is always available and always caring and his dental work and dental advice is always right. He is the ultimate professional.

Dr Rich has been my dentist for over 20 years and i have always been satisfied with the work that he has done. I would recommend him immensely. The hygiene in the office is very clean and very well taken care of.

My Invisalign treatment was perfect. It ws performed over 1 1/2 years. The result is quite appealing.

About Hygienist: My hyienist is friendly and a perfectionist. I have used my hygienist for over 10 years.

Dr Rich is an excellent dentist, I've been going to him for years & will not go to anyone else. He explains what he is going to do and puts me at ease before he starts.

Very satisfied with the wok done for my teeth. Dr. Rich was able to put me back together again.

I was recommended to go to Dr. Rich by a friend. I was anxious at first as I had not been to a dentist in several years. Dr. Rich put me at ease immediately. He explains everything that needs be done before he does it which allays my fears. I am in the middle of treatment that will take some time to complete but I have all the confidence in the world that, when finished, I will have a beautiful healthy smile.

About Front Desk: Barbara and Kathy are wonderful. You always get a smile wen you walk in. Barbara is an ace when it comes to dental insurance.

Dr. Rich has been my family dentist for 20+ years. I have always had a positive experience with the front desk staff and find them to be quite helpful with scheduling and insurance related paperwork- I love the friendly reminders they send in the mail to let you know you're due for an appointment! Dr. Rich really takes the time to explain my options for treatment and ensure I understand what the procedures entail. Overall I feel he has his patient's best interest at heart and this comes through in his day to day practice, which is why I keep coming back!

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is pretty consistent here and the same woman had been there for many years until she recently retired. Its always comforting to see a familiar face each visit and know that I can ask questions freely. I find all of the ladies to be happy to help with scheduling/rescheduling whenever necessary.

About Hygienist: I've seen different hygienists over the years but all have proved friendly and attentive with the task at hand.

i have been seeing dr. rich for over 20 years. i've had dental issues for 37 years. dr. rich is very conscious of my anxieties and treats me with kids gloves. he is very proficient and always on time .

I moved to the area this year and was looking for a local dentist. I've been in to the office twice so far and Dr. Rich is always running on time! He understands that your time is valuable, and I can't say enough how much I appreciate that from a doctor these days. I had such a good first experience at my annual cleaning, that I came in to discuss starting an Invisalign treatment a few months later. Things are going great so far and I couldn't be happier with the results so far. Planning to chat about professional whitening at my next visit. Stay tuned.....

I found Dr.Rich to be very understanding of my concerns. He gave me treatment options that enabled me to make decisions for my good health. His office staff is friendly and know just what needs to be done and when to do it. He knows that my time is important and very rarely do I have to wait. I find the office decor relaxing, modern, I feel like I'm in a living room and not a waiting room. I have brought my daughter to see Dr. Rich and we are all greatly satisfied.

About Front Desk: Barbara really knows her stuff when it comes to insurance. She and Kathy are just the kind of people you want to have greet you when you come in to the office.
