Dr. Berk and his staff were very professional and created a comfortabe atmosphere. I had a filling fall out and needed it repaired. It was in an awkward location at the back of a molar and had been filled twice over a 12 year period of time. My experience was very comfortable but when the novacaine wore off, I realized that healthy tooth structure had been removed in the process of filling the tooth. I wasn't told he was going to do that; in fact, during the procedure, he even joked that he wished he could shrink himself so he could reach the area more easily. My former dentists, who had previously filled the tooth, had expressed to me that they did not want to remove any of the tooth structure in order to make it easier to reach. It took some effort, but they filled the tooth. After Dr. Berk's work, I could feel that I was biting down directly on the filling. The filling lasted about 9 months and then fell out. Needless to say, I am not happy. A modest sized filling has turned into a big gaping hole that extends down the back of my tooth. I will see a new dentist this week and I hope I don't need a crown. I will not go back to Dr. Berk because I feel he did, for convenience, what the other dentists would not.

gentle, kind, a gentleman, immaculate office, great staff, excellent dental work, caring, great follow up work, rarely ever a wait, made you feel nearly at home...had music if you needed it to make procedures seem very quiet...
