I visited his office a few years ago. I had two broken chips. I had to sit there while he made an ass out of himself performing his sales pitch. It was one product and treatment after another. Does he think we are stupid? All he was doing was pushing solutions to “problems” that don’t exist. The chip repairs were supposed to be guaranteed for one year. They broke within the timeframe. When I went back in he changed his story and charged me to fix it a second time. That one broke too but I didn’t go back because I know how he operates. I went to another dentist who I am very pleased with and he fixed it. So I had to pay for this work 3 times before it worked. I am convinced Glick uses inferior material so it doesn’t last. Glick was also perturbed because I didn’t come in for teeth cleaning. I told him I broke my hip and he couldn’t care less. He also showed me a picture of the backside of my upper teeth. He claimed there was plaque on them. I know it wasn’t a picture of my teeth because there was no filling and I have one there. I do not recommend him to anybody

Dentist hardly looks at you and has staff try to get you to come in for more extensive, expensive work. Offers solutions for problems that you do not have and refuses to provide outside referrals to specialists for issues stating he is full service.

About Hygienist: not very knowledgeable or thorough

Unfortunately, office is clearly about cosmetics/money. Hygenists are good, but very rarely do you see Dr. Glick. Had work done, which was inadequate and lead to additional work. Needed additional work, but when I brought that up for disussion and Dr. Glick said "Cha Ching, more money"... I left the practice all together!!!

About Front Desk: Poor. Could use a class in etiquette and relationship building with patients. Clearly she is all about the money as well.

About Hygienist: Good overall, except I felt they were starting to be pressured into finding issues with patients that didn't exist.

I've always been very happy with Dr. Dan. He's not the cheapest dentist around, but I think in this case, you get what you pay for and when you walk in the door to his office, you should be able to see that it's not going to be cheap. The office is very modern and gorgeous inside. The girls at the front desk are always very friendly and easy to work with. I had one billing problem with my insurance company and it was worked out quickly. Most appointments have been pain free and all have fixed the problems I was having if there were any. I had 1 cosmetic procedure done where he helped me fix a chip I had on my left front tooth and unless I get very close in a mirror, I cannot see it at all.

Terrible wisdom teeth removal experience. Informed consent very poor. Should never have been performed in his office, should have been referred to an oral surgeon. Almost a year later, I still have nerve damage and a numb face.

I have had many procedures and regular check ups at this office. My latest visit was for three different cavities I had on the left side of my mouth. Dr. Glick and his assistant were very quick getting through all the painful drilling. They asked how I was doing multiple times and always explained exactly what they were going to do before they did it. I really appreciated that. I did have more swelling than I thought I was going to have initially. The pain wasn't too bad, though. It took a few days to go down, and I feel much better now.

About Hygienist: Shelly was great. She asked multiple times during the drilling if I was ok. She did ask Dr. Glick questions that didn't relate to my procedure a couple of times, though.

I originally came in 2 months ago for a whitening treatment that I bought off of groupon. That appointment was just as expected. In and out with a nice white smile. Luckily I had an exam done as well and had a small cavity on the left side. I had an old metal filling that was probably ready to go as well. I came in for my second appointment very recently and had the cavity filled, and the old metal filling changed out for a new white one. You would never know I had any cavities unless you look very very closely. Great overall result.

About Front Desk: Not sure of the gal's name, but she made scheduling my second appointment easy. She was professional, I don't really know what else to say about them.

About Hygienist: Robyne was my hygieist. I have no complaints. I didn't have a cleaning done, but she did a good job getting me ready for the cavity filling.
