The staff is professional and caring. I think Dr. Jaffe is very thorough in the exam and cleaning. I've had regular cleanings done, as well as, cosmetic dentistry - to change out old fillings and repair cracked teeth. Dr. Jaffe only does what is necessary and does not do procedures that are unnecessary and costly.
About Front Desk: Very helpful and personable.
About Hygienist: I have had several people clean my teeth, including Dr. J. All are very thorough and gentle.

Dr. Jaffe is an excellent dentist. I have a fear of dentists from an early age. Dr. Jaffe is patient. Office staff is friendly as are his assistants.
About Hygienist: One of the dental hygenists is very rough, I try to make my appointments so I don't get her. She could use some breath mints also.

Dr. Jaffe's office is very family friendly. The staff is very informative and interested in provided the best service. I plan on taking my children to see him once they are the appropriate age.

We have been patients of Dr. Jaffe for over 14 years! We are treated like family because his practice is very family oriented - his wife is one of his receptionists. They are very helpful in accommodating our family's scheduling needs since we drive over 40 min. to his office when we moved 9 years ago. I highly recommend Dr. Jaffe. My husband's only concern is that he does not participate in the UCR program so the costs above what our insurance covers can sometimes really add up for our family of 6.
