They took out the rest of my teeth.....no problems. I ve had teeth out before and the guy put his knee in my chest another time it took 2-3 hours of pain for 2 teeth This time I paid to be put to sleep and they were right I woke up and all my bad teeth were out with no pain Dr Allen is very smooth and his staff treat you like real people

My friend at work recommended this office after hearing the run around I was having with my Dentist. I went to them and in two visits they got everything done that the other people said would take 6 trips and a boatload of money. I was told I have gum disease and need cleanings every 3-4 months for life... I can go 2x year with my insurance otherwise I like this office

I had sore and inflammed gums after I missed a cleaning. My back molar was tender. I requested a rinse and was told I needed a "deep cleaning." It took me almost 6months later to get in and then they would not do the cleaning since my back molar at this time was now an abcess. Went to UC clinic to have it pulled. It had a cavity on the side of the tooth that progressed to under the crown- which if it was treated properly when I first saw Dr. Allen, maybe I could have saved my tooth???? We will never know. Went in today to get that "deep cleaning" finally and since I jumped when the hygenist was rough and quick, I was not treated AGAIN and was shown the door.

About Front Desk: Rude. Was told when I was allergic to the antibiotics to stop taking them (I was taking them for an abcess). When I requested another, I was told that "I'd be o.k. no one dies from a tooth infection." Really? why don't you ask Bootsy Collins that question?

About Hygienist: Zero stars. Horrible customer service. Ms. Felicia Thompson is THE BOSS and you had better not have any pain or ask her to do ANYTHING (like slow down.) She will lecture to you and then dismiss your pain as it is "all in your head."

my wife did good- she picked a great one! I like my new partial with no wires it fits the best i never have to wait more than 10 minutes for the guy and he tells it like it is... no mumble jumbo doctor talk

Dr Allen retired a few yrs ago, after being my dentist for many yrs. I see that he has returned to practice, My husband and I have since moved to Northern Kentucky and visiting his office would be a burden. But I always recommend him for family and friends in that area

Changed offices and was glad to find this office everything was great and they run on time which I love. Painless, quick and convenient a big plus for me

Dr Allen was able to remove all my teeth painlessly with IV sedation. Had I'd known dentistry was this easy I would have gone sooner. He is very good and honest at explaining different options. I had a denture made in little time and was very pleased. The sedation was the best sleep I've had in years with little pain All my friends were wrong, except the one who recommended Dr Allen... I guess that's why she is my best friend.

Went to him on several occassions. Had 3 wisdom teeth removed, 2 root canals, and a partial bridge. Best dentist I've ever had. Really down to earth. Has a paasion for what he does and it blatantly shows. Excellent job !!! Well recommendd. K. Ellis
