He hurt my jaw. He was the worst dentist I ever had. I would never return. I only later found out he had been had his dental license suspended for one year in the 1990's. At that point I stopped going to see him. Avoid Oral Systemic Balance -OSB dental devices.

About Hygienist: They seemed to be told to try to convince the patient to pay for an expensive dental device. But they were mostly doing X-Rays.

it was a disaster from day one and it to six visits to satisfy me to a point I quit going back for corrections. dr bow a has retired. Today the crown fell out and dr smith repaired the crow at no charge. dr smith could not have more professional and understanding.

About Front Desk: very friendly understood my emergency and made sure that I got in a chair very quickly. I was very impressed with the new staff and the new facility decor.

Dr. Tom Bosma is a lifesaver. Without him, I would not be functional. I have had undefined health problems for years, generally referred to as "fibromyalgia" (but which was so much more than that). Before his treatment, I was ready to file for disability. Through his innovative splint and extensive knowledge, he has helped me get my life back. My pain is virtually gone, and my energy is now such that I can successfully run a business. He was also able to direct me to talk to my doctors about things which turned out to be right on the money and ended up helping significantly. I would recommend Dr. Bosma to anyone searching for answers to their health mysteries.

He is a terrible dentist, he miss diagnosed me just to get my money! DONT get any type of splint or tmj treatment! i have to get jaw surgery now because of him!!!

Dr Bosma is an amazing dentist. After years of "bad" dental experiences I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Bosmas office. His staff is kind and knowledgeable. He cared about me as a whole person and after a years worth of work he truly changed my life for the better. While his office is one of the busiest around he always made me feel like I was the only patient there. He is an expert in his field and way ahead of his time in realizing your whole dental experience. I reccommend him 100%. You will love your next trip to the dentist.

About Hygienist: The hygienist is very thorough, kind and professional. I truly LOVE the entire staff there and finally look forward to my dental appointments.
